Pros
- somewhat above average pay, good benefits - unlimited home office for most employees - nice offices
Cons
- horrid amounts of red tape, though that is to be expected at a multinational like this - IT setup is stuck somewhere in the 1970s, very basic stuff like a working CRM or candidate/client database that would not leak sensitive data on weekly basis just doesn't exist. Their approach to work with candidates' personal data is a ticking time bomb btw. - management mindset also didn't progress much, the company struggles greatly to adapt to the current state of the staffing industry, focus is solely on immediate profit and next year be damned. Through 2023 pretty much any project or investment, that would move the company towards 21st century standards was squashed or put on hold for the sake of meeting fiscal KPIs.
