      Great Place To Get Into Staffing Industry - Business Development Manager Addison Group Employee Review

      Pros

      All the teams are experienced recruiters/ Business Development Managers. The training really helps you master the industry. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone wants to help each other succeed. Commission Structure and Pay are great as well.

      Cons

      I would like a built in WFH day instead of having it with milestones but this doesn't effect my enjoyment/ day to day of the role.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
