      Work life balance, autonomy, uncapped commissions, great people to work with- I’ve made some lifelong friends here, Lighthearted, growth opportunities- Addison Group emphasizes the importance of retaining talented and devoted individuals and strive to move and promote from within, energetic office environment

      None that should keep anyone from working here.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
