Pros

-Loved some of my coworkers and will remain friends with them for a long time -Celebrate highs -Some great learnings until it becomes the same thing every day. Then the learning stops

Cons

-ALL of management is manipulative and only looking out for themselves -Management tries to intimidate young, fresh out of college grads. If you don't have thick skin, this is not the place for you. I did learn to advocate hard for myself here. -Been lied to several times about compensation and growth opportunities -Managers contradict themselves constantly which doesn't allow anyone to be set up for success

We provide competitive opportunities for employees at all levels whether they are new grads or tenured leaders. Continuously improving the way we support our team has always been a staple of our business. At the same time, we have a responsibility to hold our teams accountable and ensure managers are supporting their teams, as well as making sure that they feel heard when an issue does arise. Pros

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

Cons

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
