You work with strong, type A people who have a lot of freedom. It's exhausting to work on a team at times, communication is often unprofessional. Top producers, sensitive people, people with high tempers, ect. are given a free pass and leave others frustrated. This causes high turnover.
I have been yelled at, witnessed sales people throw things , people come back from lunch drunk, and other team members yelling at each other in the office. This does not happen every day, but multiple times a month. How are these things not addressed?
