Communication from leadership is very transparent. You aren't kept in the dark about account wins, agency performance, or upcoming internal strategies, which makes you feel like a valued part of the company's wider growth plan rather than just a cog in the machine. There is also a great sense of direction within the company. Leadership has outlined very clear, transparent growth plans for the business in the future, which makes it an incredibly motivating environment to work in as you can see exactly where the company is heading and how it plans to scale.
