Good progression plans plans to increase salary on a regular basis always hire internally first so you have opportunities to progress team leaders, line managers, directors, there is always someone to help understanding, reasonable managers who are there for you inside and outside of work if you need them its like working with a big family
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any off the top of my head, we have had periods of time where we have struggled for staff, only because we make sure we hire quality people so sometimes we can be waiting a short while until we find the right person, although we might be short on staff, Add People make sure your progression plan, your work and your day is not effected.
