Pros
- Local team were great and intelligent - Office located in coworking space which has good benefits - community lunches, in-house gym, coffee machines etc
Cons
- Non existent onboarding and training for new hires and ongoing professional development except basic google certifications, despite many coming from non-SEM backgrounds - Dated and obsolete tech offering, and no roadmap to improve them - Management lack accountability and throw team members under the bus both internally and in front of clients - Toxic office environment - management openly gossip including about ex-employees and clients loudly in the office - Very strict working hours, including mandatory lunch breaks at the same time, even if it interferes with client meetings. Management set poor examples and regularly take time off for physio and ad hoc appts - Management averse to feedback and only seem to take consideration when employees are already half way out the door
