Pros
Almost to a person, this was the one of the most talented and hard working teams I've ever been part of. At its peak, GetGlue was a bright star among rising social networks which meant that the work we did was seen and often appreciated by many people around the world.
Cons
The company's eventual downfall was brought on by two main things: 1. not listening to the users enough 2. Political in-fighting among the top leadership and the board
