Because its a consulting firm, there are months where you're just waiting for onboarding or getting a client. Also instability of market

* Smart colleagues * Interesting problems * Cloud forward I think this is a good example of a place using the cloud for innovation in fintech and it's cool to be a part of.

Cons

It's still consulting. You have to work with some frustrating customers from time to time.
