      Pros

      Competitive: decent salary, generous referral policy, restaurant card and other benefits. Flexible WFH policy. They have a big comfortable office and good equipment (v. nice laptop, 2 extra monitors, decent desk + chair), regular breakfasts in the office & well-stocked fridge! Company takes employee wellbeing and mental health very seriously. Regular internal show-and-tells around the technology in use. Good mix of people across the teams, very friendly and welcoming. Clear and honest communication from upper management about company activities.

      Cons

      not much to add here, it's a great place to work

      * Smart colleagues * Interesting problems * Cloud forward I think this is a good example of a place using the cloud for innovation in fintech and it's cool to be a part of.

      Cons

      It's still consulting. You have to work with some frustrating customers from time to time.
