Pros

The support provided by fellow RBTs was exemplary, as they consistently offered assistance and guidance to one another. While leadership and management often fell short in their support, the camaraderie and reliability among the RBTs stood out as a significant strength.

Cons

My experience with Adapt For Life was disappointing due to several issues: discrimination and harassment were prevalent, creating a hostile work environment; the PTO policy was inadequate, offering minimal support for time off; leadership was problematic with poor communication and disorganization; there was a high turnover rate due to employee dissatisfaction; and the company’s focus on profit over client interests undermined its ethical standards and credibility.
