Pros
Very supportive and team oriented! The kiddos come first and I love that!!
Cons
Sometimes last minute cancellations of clients sessions cause staff hours to be cut but even this can be turned into a pro instead of a con because management works very hard to rearrange schedules so that the same staff member isn’t always losing hours consistently. This isn’t the case at other ABA clinics so the efforts by management to help with this are greatly appreciated.
