Long days which is only a con until payday

I started my apprenticeship here in December of last year and instantly found the team very welcoming and kind. I found starting here very easy and stress-free even as an anxious person. I quickly felt like I was made a member of the team and found all my colleagues incredibly positive. I was assigned an outstanding mentor to work with for my apprenticeship, who has made my time here very positive as well as my other team members who have all helped me in my apprenticeship greatly. I feel comfortable with my management who are all very understanding and helpful especially regarding my apprenticeship whenever I have had questions. I feel prepared for the end of my apprenticeship to the thanks of all my colleagues around me.

I have not had cons in my time working here, it has been incredibly positive.
