Cons
Very flexible working hours not so great for someone who needs a more structured schedule to work well. Work ebbs and flows a certain amount due to waiting on 3rd parties to provide material, if delayed you could be twiddling your thumbs for a while or shuffled around different projects. Moving to a new project for even for a week takes usually at least 2 days to have you set up.
