Pros
The office is modern and has fantastic facilities. Colleagues are lovely, team meetings are always fun. HR are always understanding and supportive. There are some great benefits, as well as flexible working.
Cons
It felt very difficult to progress in a career within the company, even though it is something they highlight at company events. Editorial being encouraged to use AI, followed by multiple redundancies, is not great for team morale. Higher management do not listen or have any empathy for colleagues who may need support - either short or long term. There is an obvious "cliquey" atmosphere, and the general morale has been very low. Overall a hypocritical company. Making posts about being transparent to stakeholders and customers but this is not the case.
