      Pros

      Management by objective is the rule of the company - employees are included in the decision-making. This company is dedicated to growth initiatives so anyone who likes to build expertise is welcome. I love how dedicated the company is to provide personalised coaching sessions, training, and workshops around diverse skill sets. Most of all, I love the team of like-minded individuals. Highly initiative and proactive people who are eager to educate the public and mentor other designers. Very flexible, creative, open-minded, and transparent working environment.

      1. Remote forever: Work is effort and achievement, not location. We’re allowed to be creative, result-driven and active from the comfort of our homes and anywhere we choose to work from. Gives you more time to spend with family and friends. 2. Grow your career: AFS sets a pedestal for you to grow your career by actively developing your skills and development from varied options. Mentoring, coaching, lessons, exercises to equip your experience. 3. Compensation is relatively good!

      1. It’s not entirely easy. You have to be creative , smart and work hard always to continually prove your worth. 2. That’s all I can think of :)
