Good starting pay, flexible schedule. Headphones are allowed and lots of great coworkers and breaks.

Hudson Square location does not have a ton of good food options.

Benefits right when you get hired. It's an easy job and its a relaxed environment. They did good for the employees during the pandemic. They have very generous PTO.

TOO Relaxed of an environment. There is very little accountability to the actions of employees. You could disappear for an hour and nobody would question you. The attitude and morale also stinks. There are obviously people there who WANT to work and its just so sad to see people waste their talent in this job vacuum. PEOPLE WITH GOOD IDEAS FOR COMPANY CHANGE BEWARE: They will only promote people who will keep quiet and maintain the status quo. AND if they DO plan on changing something, it either takes a year or it never happens. Also, they only do hires by referral and that leads to some rampant nepotism. The CEO is a nice person and does some great things for the maker community, but she is more of an engineer than a CEO.
