      -Startup environment to create and build things fast (if you like that sort of pace) -Most coworkers are pleasant to work with and no big egos -A lot of inexperience in leadership early on

      Cons

      -Founders have no software business background/experience -Very tech bro environment which leads to sexism -Founders don’t believe in burnout -No transparency
