      I’ve been working at AD/FIN for the past 3.5 years and it’s been an incredible opportunity to be a part of this company that is on a mission to bring control and power to the hands of advertisers in the programmatic and digital media industry via data. It’s the best of both worlds as we are a small and nimble start-up still, but we have the experience of 5 years of growth and learning behind us as well as the financial backing of Cantor Fitzgerald. Great people, great environment!

      The product. Fantastic. Truly fantastic. The technology, the BI, the value it provides. The excitement. Of client conversations, current and new - delivering to them the insights and results that the product enables. The team. A small band, strategically expanding - steered by incredibly intelligent leadership, engineering and business teams and individuals bring forth unique knowledge sets to form a sum of all parts. The environment. Pleasant, upbeat, and drama-free. Work-life balance is ideal, individuals are trusted to get their work done, and the dress code is non-corporate and relaxed. The supporters. Large public investors and personal private investors that are behind our cause.

      Tight office space, but keeps things cozy, and currently exploring broader landscapes.
