      Mostly great, hardworking, smart associates

      Management's only solution to solving problems was to reorg. This solved nothing but provided several months of cover while the dust settled

      Pros

      Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

      Cons

      Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
