Pros

Pay was very good and in line with the benchmark at the time.

Cons

Unfortunately, many people were let go in the last outsourcing and jobs were move to Conway. Upper management were not always present to understand culture and process. They took too long to make things happen, and did not gave opportunity to many capable supervisors to negotiate employee retention. Long hours, and constant on-call schedules

Pros

Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

Cons

Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.
