Business outlook
Pros
Very siloed, but inter-team working is good. Pension scheme is excellent, with upto 10% matched contribution. Office environment is OK.
Cons
There's a change in VP management every few years. Just as things seem to be improving, they get set back again. Lack of reward for staff, bonus schemes and decent salary increases stopped years ago. Pay used to be OK, but I believe has fallen behind in recent years as a result. The company is very US led, who are very slow to change or implement anything. The EU would do better alone, leveraging the US for buying power.
