Pros
Acxiom has a strong, intelligent, and hard-working team. I have deep respect for the caliber of professionals here — many are collaborative, thoughtful, and committed to delivering high-quality work under challenging circumstances. There is real talent in the organization.
Cons
The past two years have felt like a roller coaster, with multiple reorganizations and mergers (three significant shifts in a short period). Roles, titles, reporting lines, and priorities have changed frequently, which has created confusion and diluted ownership. It has been difficult at times to know who is accountable for what. In addition, remote culture has suffered. The transition away from Slack meaningfully impacted cross-team communication and informal collaboration. Microsoft Teams is functional, but it has not replicated the sense of community that Slack fostered.
