Pros
The company is large, and short staffed, so if you're a self-starter, you'll learn a lot very quickly. Given lots of responsibility, even for fresh graduates
Cons
Where to begin... 1. The majority of comments here have already mentioned the lack of work-life balance. This is the company's worst feature. while you work here, you will live, eat, and breathe ACWA. Many newbies start off kind and fresh faced and then become bitter and unrecognisable within a month of working here. Work burnout is common and expected. The rest of your life will need to be put on hold to ensure the C-suite gets their generous bonuses. 2. Toxic workplace culture. Either the company hires the absolute worst people to work here, or they become the worst people after being recruited. Gossiping, backstapping, and catty behaviour are all pervasive. 3. Lack of diversity. 4. Poorly situated in Barsha Heights. 5. Incompetent management (#1 and #2 would not happen if the management was actually capable of inspiring and supporting their team).
