      Pros

      Leadership gives a lot of ownership and accountability. People are helpful and approachable.

      Cons

      Probation period is 9 months which is unusual. Leaves are very less (18 per year, 1 leave per month during probation). Lots of things are unstructured even though its a big organisation now.

      Startup culture, each one is given full responsibility, less micromanagement(atleast when the company was small).

      Cons

      The company is hiring people who are bringing the MNC culture into it, decreasing productivity.
