Pros
Beautiful building. Rewarded for hard work. It is someplace to work when the economy is bad and you cannot find a job elsewhere.
Cons
The culture is belittling from the top down. Depend on yourself to learn the ropes becuse you are set up to fail due to lack of communication and training. Management can be rude. You will be asked to put in many hours and new car sales people dont get any leads for months. There is little teamwork and desperate mamagers with little experience will take any opportunity to throw fellow employees under the bus. Its a power struggle for respect. To confirm these comments, I've spoken to curremt and past employees. All agree on belittlement, yelling and a high turnover rate. Current employees state that they are miserable but cannot find work elsewhere. Past employees say that they were constantly yelled at in many departments. From many people's perspective, it's a terrible place to work if you want to go home at the emd of the day with an ounce of confidence or happiness. If you want work with egotistical people who shout orders and blame you for their mistakes, than this is a great place for someone to be.
