Pros
- Flexible working hour(entry and leaving)
- Good working environment, enough space(if you are not in the CPD and monitor room, but that is inevitable; in CPD you have earphone for noises; I guess monitor room have shifts)
- Friendly colleagues
- As a developer I had light workload(because it is a telecom company and that part weighs more; we dev team have fewer projects)
- You learn python/django/elasticsearch/docker/linux OS admin here, in work and through lectures held by colleagues to share their knowledge
- Paid formation for certifications as system admin(my colleague received that)
- Opportunities in time of growth(just purchased by the largest construction contractor company in the world, and will more possibilities because the group has a variety of business; we just had a marathon and a hackathon this year, both held by the group)
- My colleague gets promoted so I guess they have a career plan
- Fresh fruits, medical insurance, company lunch, etc.
- Gender equity(work of both genders is valued, and as I know none has suffered discrimination, judging from my brief staying there)
Cons
Not as much as I think of.
