Fast Pace, Great Learning Experience, Low Pay - Systems Administrator Acumen Technology Employee Review

-Flexibility Acumen provides as a hybrid company. Fridays aren't required but most of my coworkers are there and the company brings in breakfast and lunch for the team -Events outside of the office are great (Arrington Vineyards, bowling, and baseball games) - Work load was decent. The leadership team is pretty laid back. - Liked my coworkers

-Office can be quiet during the week -Fast paced environment sometimes -rotating on call, but pretty typical in this field

- You meet great people - Hybrid - Free food on Fridays

- About 10 people have either been fired or quit within the last year, out of like 35 people total in the company - Indecisive management, no true direction for the team - Company "paid" certs are very flakey - Fast paced work environment, but paid far below average salary - There are complaints about people being abruptly fired
