Management at Mesa seems secretive, difficult to communicate with, and ineffective. Although their attention to detail regarding accuracy and handling confidential data are A++, it seems that routine deadlines they've met for years still come off as an anxious race to the finish, pointing to inefficiencies intrinsic in their processes. They need an overhaul to automate/upgrade processes. There's a divide between mgmt and workers, as any strategy/direction discussion happens behind closed doors. Rank & file are never asked for input, and some are degreed professionals with valuable knowledge - a wasteful loss. Questionable decisions without input, and playing favorites among the workers creates a wall between strata at Mesa.
