Poor all round - Support Worker Acuity Care Group Employee Review

Poor management never reachable no support Poor staff left to do what they please, leaving clients at risk 5-10 times. Reported numerous times with nothing done, in the end due to poor staff member being friends with clients mam they spread lies and forced me out. Extremely toxic. Managers leaving numerous medication errors, daily notes never up to date, sharps left out numerous times, leaving client get sharps, stealing from client.
