Pros
The people employees are great. Management does not micromanage at all. Lot's of downtime for Field Engineers depending on your area. Great company if you value lot's of time off and not being micromanaged. They provide great resources for continued education and make sure their field techs have what they need.
Cons
Pay is below market for Field Engineers. Medical insurance plan is very expensive. The random schedule can be difficult at times. Sometimes you have jobs scheduled as late as midnight and sometimes they're at 6am but, that's part of field tech work.
