Culture is very very bad. The company is poorly run. CEO Is toxic and a "man child" . Think Frat Boy and that is the CEO. Every little task is difficult so at times you feel like the company is working against you. No work / life balance. Hectic all the time. Long hours, too many meetings and very little time to get your work done. Also, not diverse at all...women and minorities are leaving the company. Third CEO this company has had in a very short period of time so no stability.
