Pros

most of the residents are very sweet, most of the coworkers are amazing, the pay is alright, and the hours are good for being a student

Cons

THE MANAGEMENT omg the management is awful. they've lied to me about company policy, specifically targeted me and my friend causing them to quit, and they tried to get me fired because i called out 2 days because of my chronic medical condition!!! like come onnnnnn. also training was awful and when a resident fell we had no clue what to do and were blamed for that. also the cafe was largely neglected and extremely dirty. the only way they passed the health inspection is because they deep cleaned the day before, but if they came in randomly, i feel like we'd fail.

Pros

Working here offers a fantastic clinical balance that is hard to find elsewhere. The patient caseload is ideal, typically averaging 6–7 patients per day with full hour-long treatment sessions, which allows for truly high-quality care. The environment is excellent, featuring a great gym space and a wonderful resident population. Beyond the facilities, there are constant learning opportunities and a highly supportive team culture. I would highly recommend looking into ACTS for anyone seeking a rewarding therapy environment!

Cons

Great clinical environment, though we are in need of more staff to balance the workload. On-site facilities like the entrance gates can be unreliable, and parking for employees is often a bit tight.
