Pros
I can not think of any pros working for this company unless you don't care about professional growth, caring and clear management, a toxic work environment with sexual harassment remarks, no work-life balance, and being underpaid and overworked.
Cons
As I mentioned above in the pros, there is never a clear goal and SOP just whatever the CEO feels and dreams about that week. They do not believe in digital marketing or marketing in general. They just wanted to continue doing practices 30+ years ago. They do not make sound or data-driven business decisions. They have no morals and will charge someone /companies over $2000 for an air purifier unit that will break or need upkeep in a year.
