Pros
I had a very good manager for about 1 year before she was moved to a different department. She was very knowledgeable in health coaching, motivational interviewing and knew how to encourage your strengths and help bring up your weaknesses. the company makes sure the health coaches are knowledgeable on their craft.
Cons
Management was terrible a year after employment. Bad health coaches were hired as managers based on tenue not on skill. It went decreasingly downhill thereafter and health coaching started to be off sourced. The company became very disorganized and the employees were extremely unhappy in the unstable environment.
