      Pros

      A wonderful team environment, that is supportive and customer focused. The business has great opportunities and is well regarded in the industry. Management genuinely care about people and are considered in the decision making process.

      Cons

      Essendon Fields location wont suit everyone, but it works for most. Steps are already being taken to improve communications.

      Pros

      Everyone at Active is very supportive, friendly and happy to share their knowledge. Leadership is great, there is little hierarchy which means everyone is able to speak up and raise issues. The business cares about its customers and everyone goes over and above to deliver quality outcomes. The flexible approach to working from home and the office is a bonus.

      Cons

      Being a growing business means it moves at pace, but that suits me. I love it.

      Pros

      Benefits are great, the workload is not that heavy. The company compensates it's people but it is not enough.

      Cons

      This company will lose good people. People going to work are stressed out by long hours of commute, people who live miles away and have to rent a space to live near the office away from their loved ones, and people who perform great but are now losing hope and motivation to go to work just because Mick does not believe in working from home. Mick believes that collaboration between people is essential. MS Teams already caters to that. It is time Mick enforced work from home policy since he already had taken steps for remote work. Working here is excellent. Going to work is not, and the troubles of commuting are putting a strain on people eager to do their part in growing this company.
