This company puts people first. It is owned by Ottobock, a big German parent company. You get lots of benefits of working for a large company and resources of coworkers in other states.

Because it is a small company, there’s a lot of disorganization and inconsistency in roles for admin staff. I don’t think they pay admin staff enough, which results in high turnover.
