Poor salaries and no strategic vision - Conference Producer Active Communications International Employee Review

I am person that loves a challenge and this job sure provided me with that. I worked with some amazing people who helped me succeed at reaching my goals. This job proved to me that hard work and determination pays off. I was sad to leave the company but decided to continue my education which would not allow me to cont witb aci. I will say that if you work hard and are determined this is a perfect position.

Paid once a month for salary and twice on commissions. You have to schedule vacation 30dys in advanced.

II wish that I could, great model but horrible people running the company.

I am going to make this very simple: David Whitmore is the CEO, he's from London. (horrible human-being) You're trained to lie to customers! We tell the client we have 100+ registered to attend each conference and in reality they average 20 paid attendees, the rest are sponsors and speakers who attend for free. The operations team is no better, each conference may generate between 50k to 150k in gross profit. They will put you up in a garbage hotel, they only invest maybe $200 in signage for their sponsors & the attendees walk away with a folder and pen. David Whitmore will insult you to your face and even more behind your back. He hates hiring African Americans, old people, & overweight people. That's just the beginning, maybe I will share more in a future review. IF YOU'RE A CUSTOMER: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (YOU WILL LOSE MONEY) IF YOU'RE A EMPLOYEE: FIND A BETTER JOB, YOU'RE BETTER THEN THIS COMPANY. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A JOB: STAY AWAY. IF YOU LIKE THE ABUSE: THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY: YOU'RE SALARY IS $1,750 PER MONTH, PAID MONTHLY.
