Good Pay Remote These are the only good things about this company. Not worth it.

TOXIC work environment Micromanagement Poor Communication Horrible Leadership Advice to Management Seriously need to evaluate the leadership positions, especially on the Customer Success Side. There's definitely a bully culture and excuses are made to keep it going.

Pros

Great Company Culture, Awesome Solution, Amazing Colleagues, and Remote work

Cons

There has been some new leadership in the org and unfortunately, they don't seem to have any sort of onboarding or coaching. As a result, there's a lower morale on the team because their new leaders seem extremely stressed out and pass that along to the direct reports. Its unfortunate that it began to turn a little micromanage-y in the last few months I was there. I hope that this is a temporary situation due to how many changes the CS team is undergoing.
