Probably one of the most disgusting and toxic companies I have ever worked for. Absolute lack of regard for employees health and wellbeing and no recognition for good work of any sort. Plenty of people leaving but not being replaced and the workload is just dumped onto the remaining employees with no handover and direction. Acquired the company Smartfocus in a very backdoor deal and then forced all the SmartFocus clients to move to Actito without an actual plan in place. Would like to add that Smartfocus had its share of issues but the following comments made are completely about ACTITO and post acquisition. The CEO's in place have no interest in listening to anyone but their own voice, plenty of constructive feedback was provided but none was ever taken on board. They seem to think that their mediocre product was better than anyone else's in the market and that their motto was to literally brainwash clients into thinking the same thing. Their words not mine. One of the CEO's is completely open about disregarding the UK office and has openly said that he does not like anyone who doesn't speak French. For a UK office this is not the best way to boost morale or create inclusivity. Senior management isn't much better all fearing for their jobs and have no issue throwing other people under the bus to save themselves. On top of that have absolute no care for the work and leave it to the lower employees to do all the hard work and then take the credit for it. Discrimination against gender and race is also a huge factor within this company. There are plenty of females or ethnic minorities working in lower positions but these employees are completely looked over and not considered at all. Senior management only focus what they know which is male and white. What is even more disappointing is that even female senior management suffer from internalised misogyny where all white males are favoured but women are measured by a different (harsher) standard and treated like trash. So if you are of ethnic minority or female you can forget about being treated as an equal or be noticed. Commission was removed from everyones salary package without any notice or notification, only when prodded for months did the company finally confirm they had removed commission from the package with the reasoning that "they already earn too much" Bonuses were also slashed in half for the same reason as above. However they may have just reduced it to zero as they set impossible targets individuals and the company itself reach. Had been told repeatedly that there is no opportunity for career progression or pay rises so if your looking for that don't even bother coming here. If that isn't insulting enough, Mental health is also on the bottom list of their priorities. Employees were required to go on work related stress leave due to the immense pressure and workload that Actito had put us under. Instead of attempting to figure out why employees had to go on stress leave in the first place management openly discussed with other staff that they weren't happy as they had to pick up the workload. The biggest joke of it all was that they ran a session about mental health and how important it was to the company only to behave the opposite way. I actually could go on for much longer but I am hoping that the points above should be enough for you to run the opposite direction if you had even once considered working for this place.
