Supervisors dont have a set schedule. We never know when the supervisor will be in. Staff morale is low at one particular program because a supervisor doesn't ask for feed back or praise good work Staff meetings are mostly about meeting the agenda of higher ups not legitimate concerns about the persons in care that staff see. Staff are not asked for feedback at meetings or otherwise Blatant Favoritism No schedule posted in workplace
