Amazing clinical team and operation manager. The BCBA shows interest in building the skills of techs to grow and have successful treatment sessions with the patients. The patients are amazing.

Working with kids gets messy. Techs would get sick a lot. When I was working, there was no sick days. Breaks were short too.

This is the first review I have ever written for an organization. Having been with ABC for over three years now and in our field for under a decade, I feel like I have a good grasp of our field, careers as a clinical supervisor and challenges that come with longevity in center based pediatric ABA services. My time with ABC has been full of laughter, camaraderie, learning and constant development. I have given it my all and the company has reciprocated. Through thick and thin, changes in the organization and evolution of my current role, I have been treated with respect and fairness. There is transparency, awareness and most importantly, humility to acknowledge missteps and correct them.

The role is draining. You are constantly trying to appease junior clinicians, therapists and families. After doing it for a few years, you feel the fatigue. What gets me energized is spending time with other clinicians and celebrating them. I look forward to summits and gatherings where we can put the day to day aside for a moment and acknowledge and recognize each other.
