Pros

The location is great. I worked in the one Casanearshore so the atmosphere is Breathtaking!

Cons

We worked in reception of calls and had a rotating schedule where we get two days off every week: Sunday and another day of the week. It could be Sunday and Tuesday, and the following week Sunday and Friday etc… it’s confusing and messes up with “my” schedule especially when the send day off is the middle of the week. Transportation is A MESS!! You get assigned a transport number everyday (through text message) and you have to wait for it at the provided locations The problem is, especially for new employees, you do not know which bus it is nor what the driver looks like (almost all transport buses in Morocco look the same). You’d be standing in the middle of the street, early in the morning, staring at every bus that passes by (it doesn’t wait for you, if you miss you you take a cab!). Same bus assignment system is used on the ride home wher you need to run toward the buses and check which one has your name (a printed list is glued to the front windshield) A manager there is a show off, discriminating and toxic. The rest of the team (teleconseillers and team leaders are nice)
