- All tasks were explained in slack conversation creating communication problems. The owner didn't want that we spend time writing down tasks descriptions and design mockups. What leads to many changes. - The owner talked humiliating and pressuring employees - The owner pressured to work extra hours. Last 6 months I worked 2-6 days extra for a month working some days 12-16 hours. I wasn't paid for any extra hour worked. - After one year working, I could take only 5 days of 15 promised holidays and only 1 day of public holidays. I wasn't payed for not taken holidays. Most of the problems started after 6 months working and each month was getting worse.
