some of the team are amazing in the lower aspect of the company. Engineers are great, but that's them, not the company.
Cons
Over worked, under manned, under paid and senior management have no idea what the junior team do. Overly high expectations with hardly any training. Engineers are criticised on issues beyond their control and due to a lack of training by the account managers. Morale is so low that the staff turnover is incredibly high. 5 people have left or been sacked in as many months. Expenses are delayed without reason. Stress levels are high due to overly high pressure from all aspects. Even senior staff members are seeking alternate work and are not happy. Lieu time is not paid for if worked. Members who have worked hard have been robbed of their time. Only one person of management worked with the junior team but was sacked for no real reason.
