RUN. I ended up having to seek legal assistance.
My salary was withheld without explanation, and I was always ignored by their Business Development Representative. ZERO onboarding, and many rules and deductions were only revealed after receiving the payslip. When I questioned it, I was ironically told to “be professional.” Employees also have to shoulder medical requirements, notarizing documents, and pay for returning company tools.
Only after I escalated the issue did they release the correct salary, and the difference was huge. And based on other reviews, this isn’t an isolated case: unclear policies, withheld pay, and unexplained deductions seem common.
