Completely focused on ServiceNow - it is all they do.
Senior leadership is in this for the long haul. They answer the tough questions and propose real solution to tough problems. They are hands down the best management team I've seen.
The brand that Acorio has built is amazing - top global partner in the ecosystem is quite an accomplishment when the competitors are giants like Accenture or KPMG.
Small company - so you know everyone and they have your back. This isn't a place where mishaps get swept under the rug - you are held accountable as are your peers.
Ability to work remotely.
Wide variety of project opportunities and engagement types.
Managers are very willing to help.
Employees aren't expected to work 60 hours a week - we are allocated at a typical 34-40 hours per week so work life balance can exist and we avoid burn out.
Employees are encouraged to get trained in new or existing areas and maintain certifications that could eventually be used elsewhere at a different company.
The onboarding process is relatively slow - this allows new employees to get trained up if needed as well as get used to the culture and shadow before jumping in head first. (OUTSTANDING onboarding process)
Cons
Acorio is definitely growing at an incredible speed and of course this comes with growing pains (ex. where do I find this standard template of information; who do I go to for this SME type information, etc.)
