Pros
Engaged and motivated colleagues who are all trying to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Huge range of learning opportunities across the organisation and a real desire to get things done.
Cons
Difficult for some employees outside of Australia and USA to feel truly integrated into the company. There is also a long hours culture with meetings regularly running into the late evening and an expectation that employees will regularly work late.
