Management makes absolutely no effort to get to know what their employees jobs entail. Because of this, they make decisions and promises to customers that are unrealistic. All they care about is pushing product out the door and making the numbers look good. Quality has gone out the window. The morale is terrible and there is no team spirit at all. It's everyone for themselves. They have no loyalty or concern for their employees. You are just a number. Whatever you do, DO NOT report a concern of any kind. You WILL be punished. They do not want to hear anything other than "the numbers are good, customers are happy, employees are happy, quality is good, and everything is safe". Absolutely none of that is true of course, but you will be blackballed if you say otherwise. Beware.
